OBJECTIVES
With respect to knowledge, facts and ideas:
- Know the parts of the body of the animal or animals studied.
- Carefully observe the shapes and functions of the different body parts.
- Recognise their suitable foods.
- Study the type of external layer.
- Distinguish how the animal moves / travels.
- Introduction to the concept of wild animal.
With respect to procedures:
- Learn to carefully observe the animal or animals studied.
- Identify their suitable foods.
- Notice how they move.
With respect to attitudes and values:
- Foster respect for animals through better knowledge of them.
