Activity designed for post secondary school students.

Students will learn about the main types of food that the vertebrates eat through the animal collection at our Zoo, which is comprised of herbivores, carnivores, piscivores, insectivores, frugivores, filter feeders and omnivores. The study and observation of these animals lets students understand the different food types and discover their different strategies and adaptations in order to obtain food.

When the activity finishes, the group can spend the rest of the day at the Zoo, until closing time.
