Activity designed for post secondary school students

The subject of the post secondary school Research Project is selected by each student in coordination with their tutors. The Barcelona Zoo has designed a course with the aim of advising students and helping them focus and do their research projects. The course is adapted to the different demands made by students and, in parallel, they are guided and assisted in selecting a subject.

The course has three practical theory sessions outside of school times (from 3.00 to 5.00 pm), one afternoon per week for advice, questions and interviews with Barcelona Zoo personnel, as well as a variable number of visits to the facilities on the days and times they want, to make the observations needed.

When the workshop finishes, the group can spend the rest of the day at the Zoo, until closing time.
