OBJECTIVES

With respect to knowledge, facts and ideas:

  • Recognise animals’ physical adaptations and see how it lets them survive or live in a specific environment.
  • Understand the effect of the ecosystem as a whole on the characteristics of each member species.

With respect to procedures:

Learn to carefully observe animals’ behaviour and draw conclusions.

With respect to attitudes and values:

  • Foster respect for animals through better knowledge and protection of nature.
  • To awaken students’ awareness about protecting nature.
