Suggestions about activities to do after the Vertebrate Nutrition & Reproduction Workshop at the Barcelona Zoo:

Natural sciences space:

Do a project on the reproduction and feeding of one class of vertebrates.
Classify different vertebrates by what they eat.
- Have the students prepare "lectures" about the different topics studied and present them to their classmates.
Study a specific case of genetic heredity, such as for example the blood types.

Evaluation of learning obtained:

Describe the reproduction and basic feeding of at least one representative animal of each one of the classes of vertebrates: a bird, a mammal, a fish, an amphibian and a reptile.
