Research program 4th ESO

To get the maximum benefit out of the information system for the ESO year 4 Research Project, we suggest working on the following aspects previously at the school: 

To understand the students’ interests and increase motivation about the animals:

• Establish the workgroups.
• Collect information about the animal on which they want to centre their project.
• Agree upon a work plan and how to approach the content with the tutor.
• Do a research project for bibliographical information by Internet or by another means about the selected animal or topic.
• Draw up a draft work schedule that includes: Outline of a hypothesis, planning on the resolution method, integration of information from different sources, data analysis and drawing well-argued conclusions.
  
  

To observe animals:

• Look for a documentary, CD or other information on electronic support to be able to observe the animal before coming to see it at the Zoo.

As specific objectives:

• Planned structuring of the research project.
