We have a free wheelchair service for people who do not normally need one but who may find it helpful during their visit to the Zoo.
Wheelchairs can be requested at the ticket officce ciutadella entrance.

If you come by bike , park them conveniently in the free parking zone you will find inside the park next to the entrance. The Zoo will not hold responsibility for any elements or objects placed in these zones. For safety reasons it is not allowed to ride your personal mobility vehicle inside the park.
